A visionary is a person who is looking at the future with imagination and wisdom.
They are individuals who see the potential for change while having the ability to lead people to create that change.
And every business needs a visionary!
Due to their positive attitude, true visionaries surround themselves with positive people who are willing to help them achieve a common vision. They are never afraid of failures. True visionaries see what others cannot see. They see the big picture.
You are never too old to be a visionary. Matter of fact, your age, wisdom, and experience can be very beneficial in helping you in becoming a visionary.
When you're standing on the back of the boat, everything might look smooth and calm, but if you move to the front of the boat, you are able to see all the sandbars or other obstacles more clearly.
Being a visionary can be dangerous. You can be one step ahead and be a visionary. Or you can be two steps ahead and be a martyr. Pioneers get the arrows, settlers get the land.

Steve Jobs revolutionized the world of technology, with innovative marketing and product design. As the visionary and mastermind of Apple, he built a "cult-like" brand into one of the leading tech companies in the world.
Elon Musk is a prime example of a modern visionary leader. He is the founder/architect and CEO of Tesla, chief engineer of SpaceX, owns Twitter (X), and was one of the original founders Chat GPT-Ai.
He just announced that by the end of 2024, his vision is to be selling his humanoid Optimus Robots to the public. He also just introduced a self-driving RoboTaxi and a RoboVan that holds up to 22 people.
Musk is an individual that certainly has a vision of change for the world, and has made and continues to make many of those visions a reality.
Visionaries begin by imagining a future that doesn't exist yet—then taking the steps to make it happen.
