A smile is the seed of love.
An estimated 1800 people have jumped from to the Golden Gate Bridge since it was built in 1937. Sadly only 35 people survived. A suicide note was found from one of the deceased that read "I am walking to the the Golden Gate Bridge to commit suicide. On the way there, if I meet just one person that smiles at me, I will not jump."
SADLY, he didn't see a smile.
Hopefully, you and I will not meet a person that is on their way to jump off the Golden Gate Bridge but we all should be working on our smiles. Because smiling makes you more approachable and friendly in other people's eyes.
Smiling has many advantages
It improves your mood. Smile! Even when you don't feel like it. Smiling might change your mood and certainly the mood those around you.
It relieves some stress. Smiling releases endorphins, which have a calming effect and can even help in lowering your blood pressure.
It Increases productivity. Smiling can make you feel happier and more positive, which can make you more productive.
Everyone wants to be around the person who smiles and is happy. Smiling makes you look younger and more attractive. Did you ever ask yourself why most people smile in photos and Selfies? Smiling always makes you look better!
The expression on your face is a direct reflection of the condition of your heart. That's not a medical observation, just another 'Charlie-ism'.
SMILE! Be the reason someone feels loved and believes in the goodness in people.
Let your smile change the world, never let the world change your smile.
Always wear a smile . . . .
Not just because life is giving you a reason to smile, but because your smile might just give another person a reason to smile.
