Reflections

A woman watched as a dog walked into a room. As he came out, the dog was wagging his tail. Then, another dog walked into the same room and came out growling. The woman wondered what could be going on in that room to make one dog so happy and the other so angry.

When she walked into the room -- to her surprise -- she found the room filled with mirrors.

Then she realized, the happy dog had seen many reflections of happy dogs looking back at him, while the angry dog had seen only angry dogs growling back at him.

What does your reflection say about you?

In life, we often find what we are looking for. Our outlook and attitude shape our experiences and perceptions. If we approach the world with joy, kindness, and positivity, we will see those qualities reflected back at us in abundance. On the other hand, if we harbor negativity, anger, and resentment, that's what we will encounter.

Take a moment to reflect on your own life. Are you seeing joy, kindness, and opportunity? Or are you surrounded by negativity and frustration?

You have the power to change what you see by changing what you project:

  • Approach today with a positive attitude.

  • Smile at strangers,

  • Offer a kind word to a colleague.

  • Be patient with yourself and others.

Notice the reflections you create and how the world responds. By intentionally choosing positivity, you can transform your experiences and inspire those around you.

It's all up to you.

BE THE HAPPY DOG IN THE ROOM OF MIRRORS.

YOUR REFLECTION WILL THANK YOU.
