In order to become the leader of the pack, you first have to be in the pack.
Long term consistency triumphs over short-term intensity. I never started large.
But I was a dreamer -- and every dream starts with a dreamer. I dreamed of being successful back in the old days when I was a barber. I would just try to do my best
and do better each day.
Every day God gives us new blessings, new perspectives and new opportunities.
But we have to get out of our comfort zone and make it happen.

This little old lady probably never desired to be the leader of the pack. But she
showed up every day, polished up her bike and her driving skills, and never gave up.
CONSISTENCY!!
Sometimes leaders mess up and people will want to run you out of town;
but like I always say:
When you're being run out of town, get in front of the crowd and make it look like a parade!
